Warranty

All Covet jewellery purchased from our online store comes with a 6 month warranty effective from date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults as well as defects in materials. We'll repair or provide a replacement once the item has been deemed faulty by one of our jewelers.

Warranty does not cover loss, chain breakage, or wear and tear (including tarnishing, fading and scratching).

If your jewellery is faulty, please contact us at info@covethandmade.com.au with your name, proof of purchase, photo and description of the damaged goods.

Any repairs requested after the 6 month warranty period will incur repair and postage fees. Repairs required after this date are considered a result of general wear and tear.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
