International: Duties and taxes are occasionally incurred on package arrival and are charged in addition to international shipping costs. Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied by the country they are shipping to. Charges differ in each country depending on the regulations.

Returns

 We hope you love everything that you order from us, but if something isn't quite right you have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to return the item to us. We are happy for you to exchange or receive store credit for your item/s.

 We don't except returns for the following:

 

  • Earrings - we strictly do not accept returns for pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons. The size and dimensions are provided in our product descriptions and we recommend looking over these to avoid disappointment.
  • Sale items - we don't accept returns on sale items or items purchased with a promo code unless faulty (this excludes any signup offer).

Before you send anything back to us, please email us at info@covethandmade.com.au . Make sure you include your order number and reason for the return in the email.

 We process all returns within five days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.

If you purchased your Covet pieces from a boutique, please return the item to your retailer along with your original packaging and proof of purchase.

Store credits

Store credits can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

 

Returns postage

You will need the cover the shipping cost of your return to get it back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.

1. Avoid exposing your jewellery to perfume, aerosols and cosmetics.

2. Using a jewellery cleaner or polishing cloth to restore shine.

3. Avoid wearing your jewellery while showering or cleaning. Chemical household cleaners and soaps may be harmful to your jewellery.

4. Avoid exposing your gemstones to salt water and chlorine
This may dull and erode your beautiful stones.

6. Always remove your jewellery before sleeping or participating in sport.

With the proper care your handmade Covet pieces will bring you beauty and joy for many years to come. Store your jewellery in the pouch or box provided with your purchase and try to keep pieces apart so that they don't rub together and become scratched or tangle
